Declaration of Results of voting conducted by Postal Ballot in terms of Notice dated 29th May, 2010

 

Pursuant to Section 293 (1) (a) and 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 read with the Companies (Passing of the Resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2001, the approval of the members of the Company was sought by means of Postal Ballot vide Notice dated 29th May, 2010 for the purpose of Transferring the Company’s Construction Business to M/s. SSPDL Interserve Private Limited.
Based on the Scrutinizer’s Report dated 02.07.2010, the result of the Postal Ballot is as under:

The Ordinary Resolution as set out in Postal Ballot notice dated 29.05.2010 was accordingly passed with the requisite majority.
