1. Project Manager:
|
Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in managing large residential/High-rise building projects, especially from conceptualization to completion.
The person should be well versed with the latest technology in the areas of construction and construction equipment. Key accountabilities would be project planning, site management, control of budget etc. This position would involve motivating and managing a team of site staffs.
Knowledge of CPWD and IS specifications in the area of building and road construction would be an added advantage.

2. Senior Site Engineer:
|
|
Graduate/Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in the residential/High-rise building construction sector and should have the excellent leadership qualities.
|
3. Quantity Suveyor/Project Engineer:
|
|
Graduate in Civil Engineering/Certificate Holder in Quantity Survey with minimum 5 years of experience in reputed companies as quantity surveyor. Must have the knowledge of planning, budgeting, tendering, MIS and use of essential software. The person should be conversant with CPWD/IS specification in building works. Experience in monitoring project activity, preparing manpower requirements and flow chart are a must.

For positions 1-3, Knowledge of MS Projects, Auto CAD, PRIMAVERA are essential.
|
4. Land Suveyor:
|
|
Graduate in Civil Engineering/Certificate Holder in Quantity Survey with minimum 5 years of experience in reputed companies as Land Surveyor. Should be able to handle Digital Theodolites and Auto Levels.
|
5. Quality Control Engineer:
|
|
Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Systems and Controls. Should have the excellent knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 and experience in the real estate industry is a must.
|
6. Junior Civil Engineers/Supervisor:
|
|
Graduate/Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience in the multi-storeyed building construction line. Should be able to carry out the work as per drawings and leadership quality is a must.
|
7. Manager – Store:
|
|
Graduate in any discipline with minimum 10 years of experience in reputed companies as Store Keeper/Store Manager especially in the real estate/construction industry. Must have the excellent analytic and administrative skills.
|
8. Manager – Accounts:
|
|
Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce with minimum 5-10 years of experience in accounting. Should have handled the entire gamut of accounting functions especially in the Real Estate/Construction/Other Service Sector. Knowledge of latest Tally version is a must.

|
